I am afraid this time I might be getting a rating 4 in my performance. I have got 3 rating for the past two years! Changed my team through IJP and things have taken a negative turn instead of good! I am highly depressed as I am not getting any interview calls as well! Anyone in the same boat! Would really ask for some help!

First day of 30mg vyvanse today. Had a rush of energy and hyperfocus (too much so) about 2-4 hours in, but had a complete crash 5hrs after taking the pill (just a wave of fatigue, felt very good after a quick 15min nap actually) and not sure if it had any effect after. Is this normal? Should I stick it out for a few days or is this a big sign that I’m not on the right meds/dose? Nervous to keep trialling this during the workday since a midday crash is not ideal. Appreciate any advice!
