My current ctc is 35 lpa all fixed with 6.5 years of experience in java techstack, in delhi ncr location. For this role i will have to relocate to Hyderabad. How much hike do they offer?

I am currently in an IT internship position (making pretty solid money considering) and following this summer I will stay on part time during my senior year (discussing a full-time job offer after already). I’m getting my computer science degree, so I would like to do something more technical in the workplace when I graduate. I’m reviewing my resume getting ready to start my job search and have a question for recruiters, hiring managers. I’m looking for a role brand-side not agency side. Specialist roles aside, such as digital, when you see someone describing themselves as a “generalist marketer” is this a resume you’d pass on? I really need advice. I’ve been in my current role for a couple years and I’m just so defeated. I am good at my job. I work so hard and I’m so undervalued and unappreciated. My work is scrutinized to a degree that no one else experiences (I could give concrete examples of other people delivering design work that haven’t met BASIC design principles and it’s gotten approved) compared to me where I frequently get feedback that somehow makes my work worse but I just comply because it’s not (1/2)

The EY partner from country x is very interested in having me join their team but not sure about my GDS partner because they will be losing billing and may not like it. But they officially didn't give any offer letter but they said you will get revised salary in march month. But I didn't receive revised salary. I just have mail confirmation regarding retention offer. Again I spoke to concerned person this month, they said, central team is processing still, in April'22 u will receive revised salary.
