You're not rejected until you get a rejection email. EY is notoriously slow and bad at communicating . But don't wait around—assume you're still in the running but keep pushing other opportunities. If they want you, they'll eventually surface.

That is a great opportunity you might see it as all those locations but don't get confused with the one that is mandatory or your first choice. There is a division between proffesional and personal. I wonder what the email said I understand the email is a way of opening out but so were those positions, and not sealing the deal. I hope this was helpful.
