I had applied for Senior BA position in SDC FSO BCM practice (Charlotte Office) at EY and got done with my interview day. The application status on the portal is 'you are in the hiring team phase of your interview process'.

It's been three weeks now since the interviews and the status is still the same. I have send two follow-up mails till now and haven't received any response from the recruiter.

Please guide me what I should do

Hi everyone, I am getting ready for a job interview, and need to create a media plan. I was hoping someone can help me with the next task: basically, I need to create inventory recommendation based on past performance. What I am very confused about is that they gave me Booked Impressions (=4M), but in the task it says I should assume there is unlimited inventory. Am I supposed to use this 4M only to calculate spend, ROAS, etc., but can actually have unlimited allocated impressions? Thank you!

Currently work in a very unique Wealth Management ops role.

Getting paid 85k base with 40k in bonus plus about 35k~ in OT.

Money isn’t everything but in my late 20s it feels like the only thing important right now.

WLB is next to zero as 60hr weeks are the minimum as of late. Management feels like they are trying to push a few of us out. Was told not to expect much come year end for comp. Any suggestions on finding a new role/pay expectations?

🐠 that kicked ass in a PMO role, question for you: any tips or micro habits that worked for you in terms of meeting firm & client expectations? Know its a loose term and is project specific but just want to know what skills I should hone.

One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.

Utilization director told me today that the layoffs won't affect me. My heart goes out to everyone that had to hear otherwise. Here's to hoping y'all find something better and prosper.
