I want to take a career advice and if someone can help, I will be truly grateful.
So here it goes, I am working as a Salesforce developer with 1.5 YOE. Now to grow further, I was thinking of learning Salesforce Marketing cloud or Salesforce Industries CPQ or something completely different.
The actual question here is what would really help me to get a good package if I try to switch after completing 2 years?

I have two questions. I have 10 years of experience in multiple sectors and I have been trying to gain a leadership position. I am having 2.5 years experience in the IT sector on vision plus as a software engineer (before joining the bank). Hello! I am a recent graduate of a medical billing and coding program and I’ m finding it really difficult to get a job because most employers are looking for someone with at least 3 years experience. How do I get my foot in the door with no real time experience?
