Does deltek work only through referrals? If so, would anyone be okay to refer? Or should I assume that I am rejected? I received an email more than a month ago as a receipt of the application but radio silence after that. How does one know if it means that they are rejected as an applicant without any response?

Why is onsite so important for us IT people even though we can live a more comfortable life here in India and save equally here too? Not judging anyone since I am also one of those people who feels like a failure because I couldn't make it to onsite in last 7 years while many of my peers have.
