I've got a verbal offer from Oracle India in their OCI Pre-sales domain. Expecting the official offer soon.
The CTC includes 70% fixed + 30%Variable (to be paid quarterly).
Usually how much % variable do people usually get in the Sr Solutions Engineer role (OCI Presales) ?

Also, I'm being offered IC3 having 8.6 years of experience and Not IC4. Can anyone tell me the minimum years of experience required for IC4 ?

Is it true that Oracle hardly provides yearly hikes ?

I’ve been working for a company for 25yrs, looking for advancement. I’m considered an SME, managing people, Vendors and working on large system conversions. Have provided long term goals. When requesting feedback I’m told I’m on the right path, no suggestions on what to improve. I asked about timelines for advancement and not being given anything concrete. Recently interviewed with another company as a Vendor Mgmt partner. Individual contributor, high visible position with potential. Thoughts?
