I am really tired of giving interview bcoz last 2 mnths I m giving interview and continually preparing,my sleep and eat schedule is also disturbed..I have 4 yrs of exp in .net. bcoz of my low CCTC,it gets hard to get good offer of 8lpa permanent WFH. Is Federal/Public Sector consulting fulfilling work? I'm at a tier 2 consulting firm right now focused on retail clients, and I just feel like there is zero point to this work. When I was following up on the status the HR with whom I had my salary discussion asked me to contact 2 other HRs. I only have their mail IDs . Now I am clueless about how to proceed . But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?

I recently joined Swiss Re at 30lpa, pretty good manager and work culture. Got a hike of 10% in 3 months without me asking for it. But got an offer from another company which I was interviewing for before joining here and they are offering a base of 45lpa. I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
