Hello everyone! Recently separated from the military and recently gained my AWS Cloud Practitioner certification, moving on to the Solutions Architect - Associate. Having a hard time finding a good company to start my AWS career or just getting a job if you will in the industry? Any tips?

Considering having a hands an experience on 4-5 Projects with Internship Certificates, Is it possible to get an opportunity directly into a Data Scientist Role(NLP/ML)?

What should I reasonably expect from a junior?

I manage a junior developer that's been with the company for about 18 months. I end up providing them of TON of support. I need to give them extremely detailed instructions or they fail. For bugs, I need to point them to a specific function that's causing the bug. For new features, I'm basically writing their method signatures and defining their test cases.

I've tried asking them to do more on their own, but when I do, they fail spectacularly.

I often feel that if you have a Associate product manager profile name in your linkedin, people show less acceptance of linkedin request as compared to a Product Manager name.

Just got let go and my manager said part of it was because I was looking for other jobs. 3L with mostly A’s and B’s. I am having the worst luck trying to find work for after school and my experience working with lawyers has left me completely dejected. I cannot get an interview to save my life.
