I have around 2.9 yrs of experience, with Azure cloud, Synapse, ADf, pyspark,sql, Fabric, Databricks,Data warehouse, Data modeling.
Currently I have 3 offers, the highest I got is 12.5lpa . Should I negotiate or try out further to ge more ?, if yes what range I can get at my experience and skills set

I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp
