Let's talk hourly versus salary pay for advanced practitioners. What are your thoughts?

I resigned and my last working day was last day of month .
The company KPMG was suppose to deduct my joining bonus and other things in final settlement. Last working day was last day of month , which means i got full salary.
What they will do in final settlement? Will they ask me to pay separately? I have resigned and joined another organisation. Any one knows what will happen ?

Nice bowl to avoid lowering the average in the US-centric threads. Anybody else finding that with the lack of pay rises this year, it’s become even harder to benchmark? How do people increase their credit score? Mine’s only around 790/770 for transunion/equifax respectively and its been like that for a while now. I have been approached with an opportunity at JP Morgan Chase for their private client advisor role. The book is about 30M all in. I am currently an experienced hybrid asset manager wholesaler and have experience in advising as well. Curious about the opportunity with JPM and if it’s worth it.
