The job search is so nerve wrecking.
Hey Guys,
I got a call from Infosys HR on 16-September-2022 that I have been successfully selected for the job position of Test Analyst at Infosys, as per our conversation I have to receive an offer letter within 15 days, but I haven’t received it till now.
Now They have sent a mail that your Candidature is on hold. Is this happened with anyone else also.
Please do suggest on this guys.

Tell ur new HR, while you performed well in your individual tasks, it wasn't fully aligned with the evolving priorities of the company. Highlight your skills, experience of deeper understanding and additional training provided, or changing your work approach, knowledge earned, which made you confident. This will help to get the job
There are 2 ways I can think of:
1. Tell the truth if you are confident about your skillsets and abilities. Display confidence by asking the HR that you are ready to be tested if you fit in the new role. Then tell them about not so good culture in the team that led them to forcefully ask you to resign giving PIP as a reason.
2. Try to project this a company not doing well scenario. And since they're not getting good projects, work, they're voluntarily forcing employees to put paper and resign. And it happened fast and with many of your colleagues as well. This will make it seem that the problem lies with the company.
Sure thanks again 😊
