Hey Recruiters..
I need some advice. I'm in transition to new company but the HR moved my joining date after I resigned.
They said that the formality (i9 for H1b) is not completed for which they gave green light before.
Do you think I should get compensation from them since I'm jobless for 2 weeks because of their mistake?
Any suggestions on how to approach??

You should get a SM job level role e.g. Sr Tech Arch etc. So, please ask about job level for the offered role
0-1 -- PAT (Programmer Analyst Trainee)
1-3 -- PA (Programmer Analyst)
3-7 -- A (Associate)
6-9 -- SA (Senior Associate) - Tech Leads, Tech specialist usually on same level
9+ -- M (Manager) - Architects on same level usually
The above is based on what usually happens but we always see exceptions every now and then
For M and above I'm not really sure how much exp is usually required. Though rest of the bands are:
SM (Senior Manager)
AD (Associate Director)
Director
Senior Director
Associate Vice President
Senior Vice President
