I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. Is just a hiring manager int. so obvi nothing guaranteed. Salary if offered will be more than 150k. My question is should I accept the interview and see where it goes? I am interviewing at a Production Studio and it’s going well. The majority of my experience is agency side. They mentioned base salary with commission, as they want to see growth in the next 3-5 years. There has been no talk of salary yet. What does a base salary for an EP with commission usually look like in this role? What should I be asking for? I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current company email id and completed one certification. I am leaving my current organization and I still have 9+ months time left for CER006. My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. Is there any way I can transfer the certification to my personal email I'd so that I can write other exams in time left?

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
