A friend of mine works with TCS as an Analyst, his base location is Bengaluru but he is been working from his hometown in Lucknow since the first COVID lockdown. Now he is being asked by his team to work from Ahmedabad, where his direct supervisor (manager) is working from. In this case, according to TCS talent policies, what is the procedure and the benefits that he can avail, as part of project initiated relocation? I currently have my EAD based on my OPT with an addition 2 year renewal. I have also submitted a marriage based GC application in Nov 2021, did my biometrics currently waiting on my interview. I have an offer from a tech company and want to leave my current employer. I am worried if I tell my upcoming employer about being currently on OPT they will freak out and take back their offer even doh I can work and don’t need their sponsorship.

I am switching careers and trying to get into the field of UX design. I made it to round two of the interview process for a UX Designer position, an interview with the hiring manager for this role. I have not made it this far before, are there any standard questions that get asked in UX interviews I should be aware of? Thanks I’m advance! I want to be as prepared as possible.

Genuinely curious, do people actually enjoy working in the Oracle EPM system? Been working in it for 2 years and it’s miserable. I can’t imagine anyone waking up and looking forward to implementing that system, but that could just be me.

Can anyone help me find a site on Oracle EPM cloud? I guess there used to be a page where you could plug in metadata around business industry, revenue, number of users in finance... And then it would give the business case/value of implementation in dollars. It was an interface that had plug and play functionality. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
