Currently i am serving notice period, and I have a central bid management role offer from Hexaware (18.5 LPA) and an HCL offer in the pipeline for Healthcare presales, both based out of Bengaluru.

I am not expecting a great increase in the offer from HCL compared to Hexaware. Any suggestions on which could be a better organization for a switch?

I am feeling lost in job. So I’ve applied for Accounts payable they offered 40k. I said why not to gain some experience. I didn’t even bother negotiating which I regret.
Fast forward I noticed that I was eventually handed everyone’s workload (AR & imports & duty and check coworker work + AP) Spoke to them about pay increase based on workload. So they raised it to 55k.. but I still feel underpaid based on the amt of work I do. I don’t know what my title or what to put on resume..
