Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”

Having 2.1 year experience in SAP ABAP also trained on ABAP on Hana and odata gateway. Trying to get basics of ui5.

By considering above all if i give started to look for switch from Jan end (2.4 yoe considering) then till what CTC i can ask to other company or how much market can give me in current period?
