I am servicenow developer with 2.3 yrs of experience, I have 3 offers in hand:

PwC 9.5 LPA fixed 1.5 joining bonus
Capgemini 9.5 fixed no joining bonus
Legato health technologies 12 LPA 1 lakh joining bonus

I am confused between capgemini and legato. i am not sure if legato is safe to proceed considering job security and all as i do not have any idea about legato. In Capgemini i am getting a good project. PwC I am not into because of location. So please advise fishes !!

Got an offer from pwc in the data privacy role.
With 13.5 Lpa currently i’m at 12 and made switch on march.
Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4.
