I am to join JPMC this 31st for a role in AWM into Software engineering category (SRE). But today I found an another job in the same AWM into Predictive Science(Data & Analytics).
I am a data scientist with 8 years of experience having expertise in AIML, Data science, MLOPS and LLMs. So looking into both these jobs the JD aligns more with the other job to my role and relevance.
I am not sure if I am aligned to go for the offered one. Please help me on this as I am confused.

I just offered an intern a full time position as an account coordinator with a starting salary of $50k. They have only been an intern for 2 months and have no prior experience. They acted like $50k was a huge slap in the face. Am I crazy for thinking $50k is reasonable for entry level in Toronto?
