Hello fishes, I am working as an AWS data engineer with 6.5 years of experience. CCTC 11 LPA.
I have an offer from Accenture with 14.2 fixed, 27% variable and a similar offer from Infosys.
I cleared EY and now the HR is asking for my current offer ctc breakup and company name to give counter offer. Prior to the interview she herself said they can offer 20 fixed, 10% variable but is backtracking now.
How should I negotiate without having to share other offers?

Interviewing at so many places and often get dinged at final rounds. Hoping and praying for the right one to work out.

Any interview tips for Project Manager roles in software development? I was moved to this role about 2 years ago and soon looking to jump to another company, but unsure of what to focus on talking about. While I look for work, it’s a bit discouraging seeing how hundreds of people apply for positions I see on LinkedIn. I still apply because you never know and AI plays a huge effect in selections. Should I even bother applying when there are more than 100 applications?

I went for 3 interviews with a company met with vp and was given package thinking I aced interview there was another candidate 😞 the other person for the job. The VP calls me to tell me I didn’t get position however he wants me to re apply in new year that something else will be open, and that he wanted to keep a copy of my resume what does this mean ? Should I apply again in new year or don’t bother ?

My base location does not have a hot seat.

Should this not be the focus from HR side to get a seat allocated rather than pushing employees to report to a random office that have a seat.?
