Does anyone know if this is normal? I joined a vault 100 firm in September last year. The firm put me on tier 7. In January I had the associate review and everything was normal. After a couple of weeks, I got the call from the hiring partner telling my bonus and new salary (because of the firm-wide salary increase). I realized I still get paid as a 7 year associate. So I'm now trying to get out of my conform zone and looking for a job change but the problem is everyone is asking for 1 month notice periods where as my current project will never leave me in that time frame. Hi, I had applied 5 sick leaves on ultimatix in September(3rd week) and my supervisor(currently rmg) had approved them then it went to HR approver. The HR was taking too much time to approve so I asked her on 7th October that it is pending with you, kindly approve. She told she is not able to see the leaves in her queue and told to cancel and raise it again. I did that and now for that 5 days timesheet leave has been generated and I am not able to cancel them. I am planning to raise exit request this week. I suppose i must serve 90 days notice period, then my last working day would be something 1st week of Feb 2023. Here are my questions

1. Will i be eligible TCS quarterly performance pay? usually it pay along with January month salary.

2. 2 yearly Optional holiday can be taken in notice period. I mean optional holiday will e added by Jan 2023, which can be taken in January itself, or it must be prorated?
