I have offer with Accenture and HCL for BA role.

HCL is offering slightly better CTC than Accenture.

Should I join HCL only because of the better compensation or I can ask Accenture to revise my offer?

Will Accenture revise the offer?

Also, which company provides onsite opportunities relatively better?

If in case the bonus letters are going to be out on lets say 5th November and I resign on the 6th. Will i get bonus?

I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. From that conversation, I saw instant red flags. Any thoughts?

How long is too long to try to push back a start date? Getting a formal offer early next week but trying to keep that big law bonus if possible. Firm pays out bonuses Dec 30 & I have a vacation scheduled Dec 19-23 (and was planning on working remotely the week after too). Ideally want to get EOY bonus or negotiate for a signing bonus but is it too much to push for signing bonus and those weeks off? I'm open to working remotely those two weeks but know that may not be the best when I start.
