Hi all. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 2 and it’s been hard to heal with the ups and downs of a very competitive sales position in the current market. Is it normal for senior managers to ask you to cancel leaves or to nit apply leaves in EY GDS? My manager told in all hands meeting yesterday to not apply leaves during tear end. Won’t this become a hr issue?
