Electrical engineer here w/ 3+ YOE. I found that I enjoy the people aspect of projects more than the engineering itself and want to transition into Program Management or Scrum master. What would be the best way to transition into this role?

I interviewed at Google and cleared all onsite interviews back in July. Then came the hiring freeze and my role was de-prioritized. Now I'm being called for another position which I applied through the same recruiter before for the same group but different role. My question is will Google reuse the positive feedback and will it help/add value to this new position?

I am interviewing for Director of product marketing positions. I interviewed with three companies where I spoke with the hiring managers for half an hour each. All three want to schedule another time to continue the discussion. Is this normal for Director level positions?

Me: M7 MBA, 8 YOE, including in industry operations and T2 strategy consulting

Them: MM PE buyout fund, no specific industry focus. Most recent fund $2.5B+, AUM $5B+

Role: VP of Operations, joining an Ops team that will be ~10 people total top to bottom

Offer: $200 base, $150 bonus, and ‘carry’ that is actually just a deal performance-based cash payment that is awarded to non-carry individuals (cont)

What is it like working on Title IX issues? I'm only hesitant because sexual misconduct is so sensitive and I've got unresolved trauma of my own. I got placed in EY and will be joining in Aug. It's mentioned in the offer letter that Employee + 5 dependents will be eligible for a floater cover health insurance of 4Lakhs.

May I know the Custom made health insurance plans in EY with Employee contribution. Can someone help me on this.
