I’m having a hard time understanding the salary /TC ranges for mid- to senior-level strategy positions in the Denver area (10-15 YOE). They seem to vary a lot, and are broadly low vs. other markets (mid $100k-low $200k vs TC closer to $300-$400k+ on the coasts). Any observations? Which companies would you look at for more substantial comp outside consulting?

I want to switch and I have a very good offer with me. However everytime I think about resigning I get scared and I’ve this slight hope of something good happening in my current org. The culture and environment in my current org is very good. However I don’t enjoy the work I’m doing here. I don’t know what exactly holds me back from switching but this issue has started affecting my mental health.

Is it worth changing the job from product based MNC company (current 16L with 15% variable, desg: Sr. Software engg.) to service based company Capgemini for 40% hike (giving 22L with 10% variable, desg: Sr. Consultant) in a year only ? YOE : 9.5 yrs I am aware of the fact that hike in Capgemini is comparatively very low while here in my current company giving 10 to 15% yearly hike.

On offer letter company has given 4-x-22 joining date and I have also accepted it. Current employers LWD is 15-x-22 . Current employer is not releaving before LWD. Gap is like 1.5 month between joining date and LWD.
