On 30th July. I have given a techno - managerial round for senior software engineer position (stack - Java, Spring different modules, database, Angular and AWS).
My interview went well and the HR also said the feedback is positive but they have interview scheduled for others as well. So, they put me on hold.
But, now it's been more than a week. There is no response from HR. I tried calling them once and sent email/whatsapp.
What could be done now?
Please suggest.

Think twice before joining
One of my close friend joined this company few months back and now he is regretting on his decision.
Ask them about time. If it US shift then it will very difficult to contact the team in US.
If it wfh then it will be worst situation. No one knows how to welcome new joiner and how to get him involved.
Ultimately every thing is controlled by them and they will not share anything easily.
Ask them about exact what work you are going to do there from day 1.
Your tech stack is good but they will use it for support task only.
You will get small chunk of random task and they will expect you to finish it like pro. And next task will be something different.
In this company there is no documention n all. People working from few years knows everything but as mentioned earlier it will not be helpful.
No complete involvement in any task.
