I am joining a company with CTC of 28 lakhs, 24 fixed and 4 variable. They are also providing Stocks worth 8 lakhs vested over 4 years. Am I joining for less or should I try for more? Genuine feedback required. 10 days if notice period left.

What’s the average salary for a manger in FinTech. My wife is a Manager in FinTech and earns 95k base with a 10% bonus. Is that competitive? I hear that this field is getting hot and curious to know if she’s potentially leaving money on the table by not moving elsewhere.

I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company. Should I accept the new offer ? How do I tell the previous company about this? Also, I’ve already negotiated with the first company and the $115K base is the negotiated salary. I really do not prefer one company over the other. They’re both great! I’m very confused here. TIA🙏
