So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus).
