I am planning to look for options outside India but not too far from India so I shortlisted 2 countries Singapore and Dubai, but heard that Dubai has poor WLB as it is not IT oriented.
So thinking about Singapore.
Can you suggest some other country similar to that?
Else please suggest if Singapore is a good option and how to look for options.

Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike.
