Please evaluate this initial offer for Apple ICT3. I think I was low balled, but I want to take more opinions. Currently Sr. MTS at VMware, received Apple ICT3. I was expecting to get to ICT4 but seems like team thinks upper end of ICT3 is more apt. Also, I think it is because I don’t have any counter offers yet.

Back when I worked at Amazon, every new hire on my team was assigned one or two "onboarding buddies" who showed them all the essential tasks and documentation and made themselves available to answer questions. Ask your manager to assign someone like that to you, and also ask them for any available documentation. On my team we documented everything pretty well, though that may not be the case for all teams.
I would talk to your manager asap. Better to handle it as soon as possible so you don't get too far behind. It's hard to deal with unresponsiveness and missed slack messages, try setting up a face to face meeting where you can tell your manager what you need.
Communicate how you're feeling and the roadblocks you have been hitting to your manager in your next discussion. If you fail, they fail. So they will definitely come up with some ways to give you the support that you need to feel like you are doing your job well and making an impact. Best of luck.
I would talk to your manager. If that doesn't help, go above the manager. You def need training and support to feel confident in your role. So sorry you are experiencing this.

Have you done that while working at Amazon?
If you can’t get a response on Slack or email, then force yourself onto their calendar. That’s mostly the only way I can get a meeting with the execs — by randomly scheduling a 1:1 with them lol
Welcome to Amazon! Amazon’s culture is very self-help focused and the first month or so are the hardest. I also find ppl are more responsive after you’ve developed a relationship with them. It was soooo hard getting answers to basic questions at first and I was really annoyed at being ignored all the time. And it was so stressful not knowing if I was doing a good job or not. 4 months in, ppl are way more responsive to me now than when I first started, and I’m about 10,000 times more comfortable and confident in what I’m doing.
Keep reaching out to ppl. Don’t be afraid to send your dumb questions to multiple ppl. Understand that everyone’s really busy and no one’s trying to ignore you on purpose. Also don’t be afraid to set up chime calls with ppl to just get to know them, give an intro, connect, and get tips for your role.
Good luck!! Onboarding was hard, but I’ve otherwise really enjoyed my time here so far!
