Do referrals actually work ?
I have 1.3 yrs experience as data analyst at TCS, my lwd was September 30th 2025, I have resigned due to my personal reasons.
I have been applying through Naukri,LinkedIn also from other social media applications and recently 2-3 referrals I haven’t got any reply from any of them is that because of less experience and career gap as my resume isn’t that bad.
I need your guidance, please support and let me know your suggestions .

I am trying to break out of being a channel-specific marketing manager (email marketing, app, SMS) in a CPG/clothing Fortune 500 company. My career goal is to work remote & break into total brand strategy. Initially I'm applying for job titles like: Associate Brand Manager, Sr. Brand Specialist, CRM Manager. The core things I'm highlighting is the impact I made to the overall email marketing program (w/ stats), managing projects, & providing creative direction. I'm frustrated, any advice?

Hour long first round interview with a MM consultant friendly PE firm next week — should I expect a model? Or are they likely to fill that hour primarily with behavioral and random technical questions?

Also, if I blow it, is there any risk of burning the bridge with the HH?

5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

Should i join KPMG?

Do I need to worry about this and feel low?
Could EY GDS would have been better instead of OFSS?
