Working as software engineer for 3 years for a cloud governance startup and on notice period rn. Have an offer for 18 lpa from another startup in Cloud Governance space.

I have ltimindtree salary negotiation discussion planned for today and I m freaking out. The budget for the senior software engineer role at ltimindtree was 15 lpa and they know I hold an offer for 18. How far can I stretch my ctc demand with ltimindtree. YOE is 3.Any strat to get the best out of this situation?

So I have been seeing a guy for 4 months. We have a pay disparity.. he earns less than I do (by quite a bit). He has mentioned a few times that he’s worried I’ll get bored of him when I know he can’t afford the same things I can. Requirement - relatively better work life balance / stable pay
YOE - 4.5 yrs
All offers are more or less equivalent in terms of compensation (though fixed & bonus are highest at Shell) - close to 27 LPA total CTC
