Hello! How is the culture at Reliance Jio for Product Analyst role? What are the career paths and promotions can one expect?

My agency is forcing us to go back to the office starting tomorrow with 5 days a week in office. The only way out of it is if you have valid reason such as living with someone who is immunocompromised. Also might add we have to sit at our desks with masks ON all day. I’m super uncomfortable and I guess it’s time to find a new job. Can people let me know NYC based agencies hiring with a flex RTO plan??

This person doesn’t have enough time to really “train” me so I have been figuring things out by myself. How can I be successful is this position?

Accepted an offer at Amazon earlier this week and got an email from the hiring manager yesterday congratulating & welcoming me to the team. She wants to set up a 30min call to discuss to the role, business needs, etc. I wasn’t expecting the hiring manager to reach out after accepting the offer. Is this the norm? Hi! I interviewed for an HRBP position and the interview process lasted 6 weeks. I met with several people within the company. I provided my salary range in my initial interview and it was in range. I was provided a verbal offer and it was at the bottom of my range. I negotiated a sign on bonus and then the hiring manager said they wanted to down grade the position to a AHRBP with the same salary and sign on. The in house Recruiter called last week that the base will now be 15k less. Thoughts?

Question: stayed at an Airbnb and their water pipe broke, pouring onto my brand new (<3 mos) personal laptop and breaking it. The laptop was fine, but if I could go back and get a different one, I would. They’re replacing it, but I honestly don’t know what the right amount is. I paid about $3000 for it, and they found it on a temporary sale for $2200. They want to reimburse me $2200, but I feel like the $3000 is most appropriate and is in-line with the quality of laptop I’d replace it with.
