Hello, I am in search of a full-time position, remote preferred as SATX traffic is horrendous. I have 13 years Sales Operations experience and I was recently affected by layoffs at Dell Tech. Hoping to stay in big tech but also open to working at smaller companies as long as they value employees work/life balance. Any suggestions? I've already tried USAA, and they've had layoffs as well.

I’m considering a less sales-oriented role that doesn’t pay commission. The new role will have a higher base but lower overall earning potential.

What holiday party did you get?
Anyone living close to an office, got a holiday party with food and drinks, and the venue started open for them until around midnight. Our remote workers got a one hour party w a DJ and trivia that let you win gift cards. Yeah it was nice to win a gift card but I found it lame in comparison to hanging out with my team in real life.
