I have 4.5 Years of exp. as UX Designer and I have 2 offers in hand right now, One is Service base and other is product base company.

Product base is offering me 16 CTC + 1lakh joining bonus (15.3 In hand)

Service base is offering me 18 CTC (16,5 in hand and 1.5 will be performance bonus at the end of year)

Which one should I join. Just a background I was working in Service Base company earlier. So any suggest would be helpful.

I recently interviewed with Natwest and I got confirmation that they wanted to offer a role. Salary negotiations were started. However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. He expects to resume the hiring for the role in Q1 '23 and would resume the process then. So is it the end? Honestly, I don't expect him to come back. But what do you think?
