I have offer from Accenture with 12 lpa fixed and 21% variable
7months ago I have joined current organization looking for good work in project more of SAP learning
Don't know to switch with 0% hike as my fixed CTC is same in both offers and there is no confirmation on email of project for which I am interviewed
Any suggestions ?

I have 9.5 yrs of experience and am currently level 62 in Microsoft. I feel I should be Senior SE in Microsoft (level 63) but when I got microsoft offer last year the HR said it is the maximum they can give. Fixed base is 28 LPA. There is an upcoming appraisal cycle in September, so I wanted to ask how much can I expect Microsoft to adjust the base salary in this appraisal cycle ( given my performance was decent) ?
