I have recently received an offer to join Deloitte Deloitte as a supply chain Consultant at their Philadelphia office and was wondering if anyone could share insights on how much I should aim to get for Salary, and bonus. Also how does the PTO work is it a set number of days or is it flexible. Lastly, at my level how often am I expected to travel.

Now in 1-1 discussion my manager told very nice things about me but also told me that my CTC is already above market standards for my experience and tech stack. Due to a recent company-wide increase and additional pay for bilingual direct reports I am only making a dollar and change above them as their supervisor. I was hired into this position in March, having been the first employee in this department. I really tried to get them to budge on salary, they did not, but shortly after accepting they gave the whole company a dollar raise.
