So the certs are a great start. Really, those are a must for anyone without direct experience in Salesforce.
Some of the larger consultancies Big 4, Cloud for Good, Fast Slow Motion, etc. have entry level “Apprenticeship” programs that you could look into.
You can also find programs designed to link you up with opportunities like Clicked, or Salesforce themselves to lend time to nonprofits.
That real-world experience will be invaluable. Beyond that, create a DevOrg, go through Superbadges, get use-case prompts and solve them in that Org and use it as a living Portfolio.
don’t be stressed too. It takes a while to get a job in the current market
