I’m currently pivoting through my career as a HR professional to a Salesforce Admin/BA. I recently got two certifications: Associate and Admin (yay!) and by the end of this week will have my BA cert once I take the exam (confidence level - 11).

I am noticing that getting calls for any entry level role is becoming difficult. Maybe owing it to me not having any prior experience or this market.

Which companies would you all recommend I consider for entry roles as an Admin/BA?

What is the suitable level in Siemens for a candidate having 11.5 years of experience.

I’m currently a freight broker for a startup company , and would like to transition into another role , preferably account management. Can someone give me some ideas of roles I can transfer my experience in brokering, customer relations , and management to ?

I have recently received an offer from HSBC for Data Engineer profile. The designation offered is Senior Analyst- Information Management. They said that it is a techno functional role. Does anyone have an idea about what techno functional role actually is in HSBC? Is it more like a Business Analyst? My prior experience is completely in Technical side. Will this role be suitable for me?

I’m currently in civil litigation but I’ve always loved the criminal defense law world. Does it make sense to go to a PD office to get trial experience to get my foot back in the criminal door?

I’m currently in the process of being converted from contractor to permanent. In my initial conversations I was under the impression that I was in a different pay grade and asked for a salary 25k higher than the max allotted for my position. I feel like it gave the impression that I don’t know what I’m doing. Any suggestion how I can recover from this?
