I've been working as a UI/UX designer for 1.4 years, and now I'm switching but I'm unsure about negotiating my salary. I'm not sure what a fair salary would be for someone like me.

The companies that contact me mention a salary range of 4 to 5 LPA.

Can you help me figure out the best number for me??

Hello everyone. I am looking to transition into the medical writing field, but I don’t seem to have the right type of experience.
