Recently moved into Tech Sales. Frustrated with my Salary (32K base/year, negligible bonus potential of a few K). Was making ~3K/week on average in my previous role which was commission only, no base. Feel like I am completely wasting my time and potential. They're offering me a good package with so many career benifits like an onsite, opportunity, certification n good technology exposure. Another offer frm a reputed comp a tier 1 comp not an expectd package n benefits.

I don’t get documentation time either, but all notes are to be completed the same day. Some of us have reached out to HR and we’re told to discuss it with the regional director, but the regional director says we’d have to come in early or leave late to block out a lunch break.
