So I seen a role at a B4 firm i used to work for. It was a grade above what i was when i worked there a few years ago. I was made redundant within a year.

I applied via refferal and applied straight away. I got rejected but i feel it was automatic no human review.

Anyone be able to provide some insights- can you not work for a B4 firm again if you were made redundant?

What are some good practices during the sales phase of a potential project to execute before the contract is signed?
