Hello 🦈s,
Role: SAP ABAP
Current: 8 LPA
I am having offer from LTI for 10.5 Fixed & 1 Mouritech for 12 LPA Fixed.
I have also cleared PwC India interview & HR has told me that they can give me 10.5 as Fixed (Before 12 offer). I have not yet received the offer letter.
Now my question is will PwC consider this offer for the re-negotiation? Or will they not release the offer letter itself?
Also what should be my ask for a SAP ABAP Developer with experience of 3.3 Years?
Thanks in Advance 🙏

You do not need any certs to get a PM job, I promise you.
Agency experience and understanding timelines and working with teams is super important, likely more important than having any certs. I’m a Sr PM, 7 years as a PM, 2 on the brand side and didn’t go to school for it. You might have better luck starting as a Jr or a hybrid PM/account role

Why? 😂🤔 I’m sure you have transferrable skills. Project Management works if you land an offer on the client side preferably. However, if you start out an agency it will be easier to make a better salary.
Maybe get one certification the scrum project management will be great. Just my opinion.
PMP would take about 6-12 months to prepare for. You can get it done sooner if you really grind it in. If you do decide to get your PMP check out some YouTube videos or the PMP Reddit. It was by far the best info I got on study resources and tips. PMP doesn't fit into advertising 100%, but yes it will separate you from the pack. If you want to switch industries later it would be the gold standard. In advertising most people outside of project management won't know much about what it entails.
Tailor your CV to highlight PM-supporting tasks like managing resources (budget and production), monitoring and maintaining processes and managing scope and expectations. Brush up on agile and scrum workflows.
Look at project manager associate, assistant, or coordinator jobs. Do that for 6 mo to a year and you're off to the races

Def agree but if you don’t want to start at entry level. Coming in with a certificate would def help. You’re competing with pms with experience. Also, would add age. I took a bootcamp that told me I would still have to go through the ranks. I been making 6 figures for at least 8 years. To go back to entry level salary? No way
Thank you all for the input! It’s greatly appreciated!

Yep, also I tell ppl become a pm first. That’s the mistakes colleges made. You get a degree or certification and hate it or despise it. I think that’s why PMP likes pm experience as well. Good luck 💕
You don't need certificates, and they won't help unless it's a PMP or something similar to that but you'll need to demonstrate actually experience. Many skulls have PM based experience so lean into that
