Hello there, I am currently working in eclerx as an Analyst , in customer operations as chat support. My client is a US based company where I solve customer queries related to there internet , cable . mobile services . But , we also have to pitch for sales and there is a lot of work pressure daily as there are continuous customers coming with queries and there is a NPS score , I am not finding it good to work here its been 3 months . I am not sure if I should leave or not as it is my first job.

Gave my 2-week notice and Partner has asked me stay an extra 3 days to wrap up a project that I know will be a very long 3 days... I don’t really want to do it but also am afraid of burning bridge. I said yes to the Partner but now kind of regret it. This job has made me sacrifice my health and I don’t want to work those extra 3 days. I wonder what’s the best way to tell them.

I get really giggly when I’m nervous, and laugh at basically everything anyone says. It makes me appear quite immature in front of client & coworkers... Any tips on how to calm my nerves?

I am finishing up a project and I’m trying to document what I’ve done for my resume. What are some good metrics for someone who mainly created user stories, created dashboards, interacted with the client and developed statistical models? One of my dashboards got deployed to production but it’s to early to see the impact. My other dashboards are almost done but I’m moving on to something else.

Going to a new firm and bringing a client or two with deadlines before I leave — can I do the work now but bill the time later at my new firm as long as I don’t double bill at my current firm?
