I got selected for reactJs developer role at Capgemini. In salary discussion call when HR asked me for my expectations, I asked her about the amount they are ready to offer. She quoted 10.5 LPA for 3 years of exp. So I said ok and then she told me that she needs management approval for this salary. Now after 20 days she has sent me an email saying the management didn't approve the salary and we can't go further.
What should I do?

Got offered a role at a Middle East office at BCG - haven't accepted yet.
Anyway that I can transfer to a north American office (my current location) before I join? SO can't move to Dubai and while applying they didn't interview me for my current location just for the Dubai one.

I understand this may be a big ask, and I'm happy to interview again if need be.

Currently working with IBM with 10+ yoe having joined IBM 10 months back. Currently at 25 lpa and getting an offer of 32 fixed+15% variable.

Now my question is - Is it worth the gamble to leave IBM and join Kantar consulting which btw is known for market research and not consulting.
Also would leaving IBM after 1 year look bad on CV?

At the biotech company I work at avg inside sales is $62,632 with a $3500 per quarter cap. Commission structure is % based on sales quota reached vs capped (not a direct % of sales).
