Keep looking ok. U will find a nice spot.
I got my foot in the door by doing an externship with a local dentist. It was basically six weeks of unpaid labor/hands on learning straight from school. They liked me well enough to hire me and I am still with them two years later.
I certainly wish I could get an opportunity like that. I have my certification, but any extra hands on experiences would help me to feel more confident. And I definitely want to work somewhere that I can stay at and be like family, growing as much as possible instead of just having a job where I will never move up. Congrats to you though, that’s awesome! 🎉🥳👌🏼🦷🩶
Sometimes you gotta fake it till you make it. Confidence is key, even though you don't have experience, have the knowledge. Go in there knowing what you're doing theoretically amd the rest will follow. I've seen many DAs right out of school woth no experience and it was the ones that knew what they were talking about and were thirsty for more knowledge that were rhe ones we wanted to take a chance on. I love training people that want to learn, hate training the ones that are just there for the pay check. You'll find a good place that will take you under their wing and you will be able to blossom!
Find a private office to apply to. You might have to take that $16/hr to build up experience
