Reason: project I was allocated not good and I initially rejected project but they forcefully moved to the project.I have asked multiple times to replace the project after that I have resigned.

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

I accepted a FADP offer but I have lifelong crippling anxiety It leads to (TMI) diarrhea, I can’t sleep at night, among a lot of other issues. I see a therapist and have their support in school accom. I appear high functioning and ever since uni went remote my life and performance has only improved. I know I’m capable of getting the work done and they must see potential if they hired me. But I feel that if I ask for WFH or other accom. I’m gonna be shooting myself and my career in the foot.

Does anyone feel that the Oil and Gas industry is the most discriminatory industry of all? They won’t even look at resume without O&G experience! It does not make sense to me as I would rather teach someone the specifics of an industry if they were a good fit. And for an industry that has so many obstacles from Government, Environmental Organizations and so on, why they are adding more bad publicity to themselves is not a great approach.

A few hours back I got an email from Capgemnini that my profile has been entered by the HR who had got in touch with me for the initial discussion for the role(not the recruiter).
I have called the recruiter and she does not have much knowledge except that my L1 was positive.

I recently cleared all the rounds for a role in PwC SDC MC team (Bangalore). I mentioned my salary expectations and provided all the docs required. Salary negotiation is yet to be done.

1. How many days would the whole process take (post sharing of documents)?
2. I have my wedding in the last week for May for which I require min two weeks of leave. If I join somewhere around May 1st, would the management approve leave?
3. Could I ask the HR to postpone the joining to June?
