I have offers from PWC and Bandhan Bank, both with similar offers, location and hike on current compensation. I am confused now between the two. Wanted to understand how good is a move to join a bank after working in IT. will it be difficult to switch from bank to IT in future.

I have been selected into ZS for the BTAC role under CCM(Customer-Centric Marketing). My YOE is 3.8 in Cognizant, and the domain is ETL, DW, cloud(AWS).

My question is, ZS is giving a great package compared to what I have in Cognizant (Above 100% hike), and Cognizant is ready to retain me by giving somewhere 50%-60% hike. Will ZS be a good choice for me to switch? In terms of growth, technologies, work, pay. Or should I accept what cognizant is giving and get retained?

2. EY India - Associate consultant - 8 Lpa fixed + 1.44 lpa variable + 2 lac joining bonus.

YOE: 1 year and TechStack - microservice development ( python + aws + azure)

Which one would be better to join, considering CTC, benifits and WLB?

Why do leaders keep comparing how “good”the new staff/seniors have it because they make more money starting out then they did and working 55 hours is better than the 70-80 hours they used to work? Instead they should compare what options they have available to them and what their goals are.
