I think freelance platforms like Fiverr and Upwork are great places to find talented developers for any kind of project. If it's a big project and need to be focused directly, look for an app development agency but the cost maybe higher.

Launch now and break things. Don’t over engineer.
If you can launch in a weekend, your process is too complicated. Unless you have orders now, 99.9-% chance what you think the market wants isn’t correct and you will need to pivot 30-90%.

That sounds amazing. As far as the app, it sounds like you’re wanting to go with full code and hire a developer or agency. You’ve already got UX which is helpful for backend dev. If you’re going the full dev route you’ll probably want to get the UI design planned out too so front end dev can hit the ground running. You could also try your hand at no-code or low code builders yourself, there’s a ton out there and many use ai to help so you don’t have to “know” everything. I’ve personally used glide and it was cool to mess around with.

You could try Upwork? I am not sure if developers do freelance work on there or not but it is a start. Best of luck to you with the app.
Well I had the same plan, I actually connected with company called seamless assist and they did it all, I think they help startups and medium scale companies to grow, I bought virtual assistants like developers and graphic designers from them and they were really good and I saved my alot of my cost as well. Good luck in your hunt!
It costed me around 1800 euros a week to have 1 developer 1 graphic designer along with website creating,social media pages n all..however the virtual assistant that I got is well trained with admin work and ops.I m truly happy with them
Launch the app, use lovable or bolt.new and for the mvp if you have no tech skills. That’s like 20-50 bucks all in.
Then find a cofounder and offer 45% stake and they buy in so they have skin in the game.
Use replit after you have paid subs from the mvp. That’s maybe 200 all in.
