Top 40 university 😂
Start interviewing
Haven't even started at Slalom yet. is it that bad?
Slalom isn’t where you go for increases in comp year after year.
It’s semi-retirement for road warriors.
Pretty sure thats what we pay - no offense but you are not undetpaid
Thank you, and I definitely am not trying to sound arrogant. I think I may have misunderstood salaries because some people here are talking about post-MBA roles. Thanks for clarifying.
Sounds standard. If you don’t like it I’d suggest to start interviewing again. I don’t think it’s bad thing to do; It’s a free market go get your bag
Thank you. I was mostly concerned that I may be underpaid because I see a lot of threads here mentinoning higher salaries, but may be confusing that with post MBA roles.
You are not underpaid. That’s sounds about right
Rising Star
Top 40 university I’m crying 😭 lmao
I had 82K base 1 year out of college 8 years ago. Adjusted for inflation. You should be at least 110-120K
I’m just saying what my pay used to be 8 years ago at OPs age in consulting. 80K for analyst with some experience sounded right back then those days
Chief
So 35-40
Move to Accenture. First years in HCOL start at 92k + 10-15k signing. Almost 130 base at 2 YOE
Oh yeah for sure, I meant after 1-2 years here they could be making around 130. For what it’s worth, L11 is 92k base in HCOL, used to be 85-87
Lol the problem is that you joined consulting firm and not a tech company for software engineer job…consulting firms arent great for software engineers. Brush up your algo/ds + leetcode and start interviewing at tech companies.
