I had the first round with a consulting firm and it takes them more than a month to arrange the final round and the recruiter is not being responsive. Is that normal?

When I was a device driver developer with 2 years relevant experience I had got calls from Nvidia and Qualcomm. Unfortunately I wasn't able to crack the interviews back then.

For next 5 years I worked mostly on application development and broadening my exposure. I am not getting even a single call from such companies now.

I made a mistake starting SIP in a ULIP. Used to invest 7500 per month starting from November 2018. I have discontinued my premium payments since last year. That is when my fund was moved to an interim surrender state and now it earns 4% per annum interest.

I’m looking to get out of direct patient care, and would love to find a job where I can work from home (even if that’s something in the future.) I would like some advice with switching careers into healthcare data, healthcare informatics, etc. I’m currently a nuclear medicine technologist with 2 years experience, and a BS.
