I applied for a Director role with the PEPI group and completed several rounds of interviews. The day after my final interview, the recruiter called to inform me that all the interviewers were happy with my performance and that they'd set up a call with an MD to discuss the offer details within a few days.

It's now been 2 weeks with no updates, and the recruiter hasn't responded to my follow-up emails. Is this delay normal, or should I be concerned?

Hey guys, I have the first short 15-minutes call with a product guy from Hugging Face today wherein he is likely going to take a guess at what roles I could be suitable for. I had applied for Post-Sale Machine Learning solutions Engineer. Is there anyone who’s gone through the process for a similar role at similar organisations or best case scenario would be if anyone has gone through the process with HF.
I have been working for a year and am doubtful if I’m mature enough for the role. Help lol

What questions should I expect on techno managerial round ?

I've a question on what sections to put on a regular resume. I see some people are using consulting style resume for outside companies as well. Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?

After two tech round received email for documents. HR said that she will discuss regarding my expected offer with the team after receiving documents from my side which I sent yesterday.
Today evening I got technical interview assigned mail with meeting invitation for today afternoon itself. It is very confusing to me.

Are they trying to take my one more round of interview? I was hoping to get offer after sending documents.

Actively applying now to TAS/FDD senior roles and want to put myself in the best position possible to get an offer. Any advice on how to best prepare for interviews? Reviewed a few case studies and have taken financial modeling courses but am looking to see if anyone can point me to any resources outside of that.

I applied for a job within my unit that I do not qualify for. Now, I have an interview for this job. Me knowing I do not meet most of the qualifications for this position has my imposter syndrome thinking I shouldn’t even do this interview because it would be a waste of time. Apologies if this is repetitive, but here for some inspiration stories… I prepped hard for the first (phone interview) McK 30-min evaluative case study (Digital Associate role) but failed it cause I couldn’t calm my nerves… is it realistic to hope that with more hard work, I can at least make it to the final rounds next time round? Hi, just got an offer from A&M as D (Performance Improvement). The base from Glassdoor is accurate (US as a benchmark). Bonus is much higher than my current. Anyway the base seems very low compared to S& SA in US.
1) is it true that the base is that low compared to junior-mid level at S&?
2) i am based in Asia, any different rate compared to other region at A&M?
3) the TC can be 3x that what I can get currently, but i can make partner in few years at PwC. Do you think A&M should be considered?
