Hello all, I have an offer from Quantiphi and another famous travel company which is building a technical arm for themselves. Both the companies are offering same compensation. HRs are calling for offer acceptance. I am leaning towards Quantiphi as the culture is well known to me.
But I have to decide soon. Should I accept both the offers and then decline one at the time of joining. I am new to this and find this a little unethical. Can someone help?

80K in California is a very tight budget.
It will be a downgrade as far as housing etc. But what do you value? I moved from Seattle 15 years ago to SoCal and would never go back. The climate, the activities—mountains, beach, desert all within / 2hrs drive—quality of life is much better than 9mos overcast even if not financially smart…if I only cared about money I would move to Kansas.
As long as you love the beach and sunshine more than the clouds and nature of Oregon. Portland is a very different place from LA. You will find a lot of places that you love if you give it a chance. Living conditions will definitely change.
I would not recommend that move, not to LA. Maybe the valley or IE.
